Alright. I reformated my computer today because I had a virus. It's running like a brand new computer. But I downloaded SA-MP and GTA SA today. And well everytime I try to run either of them, it doesn't load. I have no idea what could cause this.
-I have updated all my updates.
-I have tried compatible.
-I have tried everything I know to do.
-I have tried running as Admin.
Any other ideas.
-I've also tried reinstalling both.

Delete the gta_sa.set file from My Documents \ GTA San Andreas User Files

Dude he just said he installed game so if he deleted that file after he fix probem it will create again with same information.

Try to download another SA maybe it's not good one.

Think a little. Since he formated his computer, he probably saved the save games and thus copied the whole folder

Maybe you should delete the whole GTA SA, and SA-MP of of your computer, Then download it or get it again. Delete all the data that has to do with GTA SA it might work
