Hi world!

When my friend connects to any server, he has no loading screen. It means he presses Connect button and can play on server, while others must wait when 2 loading screens are done.

I want such a thing too How can i do it?
Or is it a bug only for his PC?

I think most of all players in the world have downloaded GTA:SA but how can i do so? I have the same version of GTA with him but i have the loading screens
