Is there a spectate mode that doesn't let you go out of spectating? Let me explain:

I tried to make a player spectate someone on their team once they died, but they can just press the spacebar to stop spectating, and I want to stop that. I know this is part of SPECTATE_MODE_NORMAL, but are there any other modes that disable this?
