Is this possible? I'm not talking about an engine script. I'm talking about like in single player and samp_debug where it is actually RUNNING even when nobody is in it. This would help with users that run CLEO Emergency Light scripts and for RP purposes. Maybe link it with a true start and stop script.

Yeah, I think that's impossible. Although, it would be pretty nice if it was possible. Would be awesome for role-play server, etc.
