What do you mean you don't want a filterscript?
Everything is either a filterscript, a gamemode, or an include.
And if you have a filterscript you can just put it into your own script.

First of all, don't use caps lock. Second, this is a section for bugs and stuff, not for tutorials. Search the forums for a registering system tutorial.
