i have a modem from Romtelecom (romanian internet) and how can i host a server with modem?if i join another server it says my ip is 192.168.1.64 but on whatismyip.com it says my ip is 109.96.31.183. ok so i tryed to add the port to both but only on the first one works. but only for me.how can i host a serveR?why doesnt it worK?

First of all, you will need to forward the ports (check this forum), and also, you cannot connect to your public IP from your internal network, because that would make the computer think you are trying to connect to the router. You can check that by pasting your external IP into your local internet browser, 9 times out of ten your router appears.
