Do you have any mods? Mods are not supported and may crash the game.

I have no clue what those are.

Suffice to say the only thing I put in my SA folder after installation, was SA-MP

Have you tried deleting the gta_sa.set file located in your Documents/GTA San User Files/ folder?

Another thing you can try is reinstalling GTA SA / SA-MP.

Check here for other possible solutions: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Common_Problems

Litterally none of that is working.

Hmm, I don't see any other reason for it to crash, the last thing I can recommend to do is to use a no-cd executable. It is fully legal and okay to use one as long as you have purchased the game. I will not be able to link you to one however, as it is against the forum rules. I have read reports of this solving some user's crashing issues.
