You have to forward your port. It's not only; ''Oh, my IP is 111.111.111.111, so my server IP would be the same IP too''. No, you have to forward your/a port and that's all and it'll be on line.

Andy.

Go to your server.cfg and fill in the port line the port you forwarded and restart the server and it should work!

You can only see your server in the SA:MP program window by putting in a local IP, however if you put in your ip (the one you need for other to connect) you won't see it but they will.

WHAT?

say in english please lol

if your saying you can only see your local host in samp window you got problems

You can effectivly add your own internal I.P. and your external I.P. and see them both
If your external does NOT show your home server then you have not port forward correctly and if you have then it maybe another source of problems in that case can you help us out (or me) by telling me if your behind a router, direct isp connection? or better yet pm me with all your informatiojn probably easy to solve but something interesting to do

um no
there is a reason there called external and internal...
I just did a test with my friend...
I can only see the internal and he can connect fine to mine.
