saving system
#1

hello I decided to move on with my scripting, I now would like to learn saving thing. I know dudb and dini but I don't have a clue how to use them etc.
By the way, what's the easiest and the best saving include (note: should be easy to learn, and be able to save gang ranks, stats, teams etc).??

I would like to make something like when player picks up a team while registering first time and choosing a team, (like in normal SFTDM by Jax.) he sticks with the team he has choosen to the end, like it saves to a file or somethin and then when he loggs in once again he don't have to choose it again he just spawns in the team he has choosen first time.
Then some command to change the file ? Like if i'd like to change his team etc. I don't want codes (well maybe would be better as I'd learn faster) I just want tips how to make something like this as I would like to learn but the tutorials included with the includes releases threads are not good enough !.

So I'd like to learn how to save player's actions into a file (example : choosing a team, then he doesn't have to do it again he just spawns in a team he has choosen first time) then maybe reading these files by script and doing something with them...could you help me ? thanks , Jizzy_Jay

i use dudb for playerfiles and for other saving systems like gang storages or other things that is not induvidual for a playerid, i use djson. djson is really easy to use.

Use dini, it's really really easy to learn.
You have a tutorial how to use it.
