i think its easy to understand?! xDD

I have a teamdeathmatchserver and i want that only the player can see his team on Radar(i created it with gteam), and if someone get 10 kills or something like that he can type /radar or he must run to a pickup and then the team can see the other team on the radar for 10 minutes. Then its normal again(like in the beginning)!
