Hello,

I've been experiencing this bug for quite some time now (since 0.3). It occurs when you start up the game. After the two loading screens, instead of starting up, the screen just stays black. I've found out that pausing the game (Esc) then resuming normally starts the game back up. But when I do this, I encounter weird freezes during gameplay. Everytime it's happened, it's been while I'm aiming/shooting. I'm not quite sure how to describe the freezes, but when it happens, I am not able to move the screen about and one tap of the directional button makes me run in the same direction (without stopping). The freezes last about 5 seconds, and it happens maybe every 5-10 minutes.

I'm afraid I can't post any videos of the "freezes" occuring because my PC is very old.

Like your said your PC's very old I purchased my PC 5 years ago but my PC's running GTA:SA perfectly but I get lag if I encounter with my modded vehicles so try to buy some new pieces&video card in your PC if you can't you should maybe buy a new PC.
But don't buy a new PC if you got a one you can buy PS3,Xbox 360 there got no video card&sound card problems thats why i love consoles no need for buy new pieces to run new games i hate this thing in PC so the consoles are awesome I will also buy PlayStation 3 Slim+Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare 2!
