I got L-admin with spectator, but it cause lags when using it.

I have no clue whats wrong with your server. I use ladmin and I personally host the server. None of the ladmin commands cause lag.

I rate ladmin a 10/10. I highly recommend you use it!

Maybe the problems in server. But I still want to have only spectator.
I use it too. Good, especially when I upgraded for myself.

Use SeifAdmin, MANY usefull commands, no lagg and just fucking awesome!
