Hey,
I'm looking for a MySQL vehicle system, So people can buy vehicles and have their own licnese plates. Also so the vehicles save to mysql. If you have this, I'm willing to pay for it.

That should actually be posted in the scripting request topic. I don't think anyone is going to do that for you because its gonna consume a bit of time making it look any good and to make it work functional. I guess you would either have to find somebody doing it for you or you need to change it to something with txt files and download anything people have posted here. I would suggest you to have a look at the FS section. I am not sure if there is a carowner, if there isn't then well, either learn it or you wont get far.
I would suggest you to learn it, its not hard and you can do it as you desire:
You should just go read the pawn-land.pdf and then read up some sql. Choose one of the plugins or write one yourself and you are good.
I dont have a link atm to pawn-land.pdf as I am at study but I can add one when I am back home.
