i tlooks like you are using an older version of pawn, remove all pawno from your comp and get the 3a one included in the server download

I use samp03asvr_win32. sa-mp-0.2X-u1_2 is in a different (other) folder

#define MAX_PLAYERS is now defined in the a_samp.inc
