one of my friends has gta and sa:mp downloaded + installed, just recently he tried to put in a mod (which sa:mp can't handle) and his game kept running in single player, so he uninstalled it and re-installed it, once again, in single player, so next time he uninstalled it he used CCleaner to delete the registry keys also, he re-installed it, and re-installed sa:mp 0.3, and once again, no luck, straight back into single player

Does anyone know what the problem is?

He might need to downgrade it to GTA:SA 1.00, as SA-MP is compatible with this version.

he tried it but it says he has a wrong version (he downloaded the game)
it was working before, its just since a car mod he tried to install

i downloaded my game too and its running perfectly
