Using the Steam version, downgraded to the 1.0 .exe then set compatibility to Windows 7 for both singleplayer and sa-mp, it hardlocks my laptop right after loading when it says "SA-MP 0.3.7 started.."...

Info: This is a very old script from 2008 which back then was way ahead of it's time which I can now re-release 7 years later thanks to @Sew_Sumi - it is a completely written from scratch copy of P.E...
