The odd lighting makes it look weird; partial lighting on walls, etc. But I do not blame you for that, that's how GTASA was made The map is clean and pretty.

I'm not sure if it is your ENB or not, but everything seems too yellowish. Maybe take daytime screenshots?

The waterfall looks like it's coming out of nowhere, and ending nowhere. Anyways, the map is lovely. Pretty colorful and I liked the object placement. Especially the small bridge over the waterfall.

Looks pretty good. You can disable 3d text labels with /hidetext3d and /showtext3d to bring it back
