Maybe its spyware, im just guessing since i had a spyware that blocked "show hidden and system files" (whenever i selected it, it just reverted back to not show). Try Combofix program.

Isn't it good when game uses 100% CPU, that means it isn't wasting resources it could use to increase fps??

I don't have any problems with windows 7 regarding speed, or anything else.

Runs fine, gta_sa.exe without compatibility, and samp.exe with windows 98/me compatibility.
