depends what gamemode/filterscripts you run on your server, try to search for the script again and read the whole post about it.

I was actually hoping windows 7 would run samp and gta better (fewer crashes), but from people testing it doesnt sem that way.. tho windows 7 isnt out yet in final so way too early to tell.
