Geez guys help me out pleaz!!

Well just installed back SAMP and GTA SA after 1 year And when i click connect nothing happens,i tried changing administrator accounts but still it did not work,i also tried changing compatibility but...

Well i fixed it now :P Reinstalled Window :P

Few weeks back i had this message when i tried to play SA:MP Single player works smothly.I reinstalled everything but still error shows up someone help me out Screnie of the error :
