Well there you go... You are using OnPlayerEnterRaceCheckpoint 2 times. delete one of them and add the contents of that one to the other one.

Do you have any script that uses ZCMD? it might mess up LuxAdmin in some way... Unlikely, but possible.

Are you sure you added the name of the filterscript to the server.cfg? And are you sure you have added all plugins needed? Remember Delux host uses Linux (as far as I know) so things might be differe...
