This is probably caused by a texture mod that has been installed into Gta Sa and considers that certain area.. Is your game modded in any way?

Try again..and when it doesn't work press ctrl+alt+delete in order to get task manager..does the game appears to run there?If it does something is probably blocking it..check the firewall settings in...

The server must have this command /nameoff or something..try a movie server..they usally have it...
