what is supposed to happen when you click announce.exe....mine just does nothing...i have announce set to 1 and have done samp-server

Please help me figure out how to fix my server again.I started my server just fine with everything and it showed up in samp.I played it to test it out and it played fine.Then I left to edit the script...
