So the bug with the admin level (loading it) will crash the server righht, there are no fixes for this?

Hola, no es un problema del SA-MP. Al parecer los servers esos estan cerrados.

En el comando , al parecer, usan el "if(" entonces, si no cumples uno de los requisitos para usar ese comando, regresara como "Unknown command"

Puedes usar el SetTimerEx.. con SetPlayerCameraPos y SetPlayerCameraLookAt note lo voy a hacer , te lo dejo a que investiges en el wiki y lo logres, asi mejoraras
