I tested that co-ordinate in my own gamemode and it took me to the LSPD parking lot... Isn't that what you want?

You didn't need to format strings for the "You are AFK" / "You are back" messages. It isn't a unique thing, but good work if you did it without help.

Do the same with a dialog (think about an admins list, how its looped...) and do the loop for the players that are connected (IsPlayerConnected(i)) or whatever you happen to use.
