You need a new cpu (intel i5 2500k recommended), a new GPU (gtx 560 and over, dx11 compatible with pixel shader 5.0 and min. 1gb VRAM) more RAM (4gb recommended)

Check the line over this line, thats usually the problem that it doesnt have a semicolon and only a simple comma sign.

The resolution being too large for your screen is usually the drivers not being installed (which they are, that means they could be corrupt). And receiving lines and dead pixels could be a corrupt gf...

You should use GIMP. Almost as good as photoshop, its freeware, and its also really user friendly.

Probably classpnp.sys is corrupt, and the operative system wont try to load anymore to prevent damage that it can cause to the PC.
