Indeed it is a GTA bug. I don't think you can do something about it.

Most likely he does. I had that problem myself, i just moved it outside the GTA folder when i used MTA and moved it back when i played samp.

Very usefull for RP servers and not only.

It most probalby happend due to low graphic settings mixed with some weather id's. This makes car colors to get crazy sometimes.

You can already do that with a plugin. Would be nice to have it implemented in a future version maybe.

There are few problems with the checkpoints in 0.3a like they appear after a while or they don't appear at all

It will be very usefull. And also it could be nice if the mapping section would have its own categories of maps like maps for RP , maps for Dm, stunt etc.
