www.PortForward.com ? Depending on what router you have you can forward specifically via IPs in different ways. For me BTHomeHubv2 it's under Assigning Game/Application to address... or something..

Update. Packet loss is at 0.1%-0.2% usually when I can't get in. I have a wired internet connection, I can play any other server fine, only TRP between 7-11PM (GMT) causes problems... Any help?
