Make sure when you change the plugin version to recompile the script with the same versions otherwise you'll be using conflicting versions. That could very well be your problem.

Personally, I'd love to see you take advantage of 0.3.8's ability for custom models. If you did so, you'd make some pretty amazing maps ontop of your great ones already.
