cannot use /newitem .... trying different version streamer

some libraries cannot use latest update , cannot use /additem cause server will crash, so I cannot add weapons and vehicles in my server?

hi folks, im holding a sa-mp server and we have ddos problem, so i think if i can hide my server ip address, the ddos wont work. Sorry for my bad English.
