Issue Resolved: Had to Change the streamer plugin version. (OS Compatibility issue probably)

The point is server does not strt when i try to load plugins. It starts up well when there is no plugin line in cfg.

Well thats an issue there is no error at all , besides there is no more log further then i posted above. There is no error .. And it just doesnt start
