Re-install your GTA SA or else check in your recycle bin for any deleted files in the GTA SA directory and restore them or If you got any mods please remove them.

This topic seems old.But for the people who wants to know the fix, Its easy just compile it with a another pawno.exe program.

Its better to add your FS codes into the gamemode, filterscripts may change your gamemode mode and gameode name, anyways if your sure about your filterscripts go ahead and add them.
