This is the problem my ping 20-60.... and I try to found this problem in my gamemode...

ammmm.... the commands don't working the player can beat me but I see him just staying...... ammm shooting don't effect another players..... I can't do anthing like rcon gmx and so on....

all my GameMode? it's kind of problem..... look when I just run or driving or do something else(shooting and so on) after some time the server stack.....

After some time all my server stack, and nothing work... Why it's happen?
