Pode ser problema no plugin, se sua VPS for Linux, adicione .so ao final. Exemplo: streamer.so Mas se for Windows adicione .dll ao final. Exemplo: streamer.dll

Estava acontecendo mesma coisa comigo nesses dias, eu atualizei o plugin: streamer, sscanf, e voltou a funcionar =D
