Issue solved after redownloading samp client and installing GTA SA + SAMP in a different directory. Can be locked/removed.

EDIT- Its MSVCR100.dll but its written wrong in your code ._. Anyways download it from here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...shtml?msvcr100 and paste it in your server folder.
