Happened with my server aswell, but when i updated some includes and plugins it got fixed, but i also did some changes in the gm so cant tell how it got fixed.

Might be a script sided problem causing crashes or a bug in script which causes crash and the hacker knows about that bug, you have to fix it. + Bullet Crasher can crash players not a server

Put that ip in samp.ban file and Improve your anti Cheat :P

Use the Correct MySQL plugin, and check your device is supported or not for that plugin. Some MySQL plugins only work on specific linux Systems

Free Linux host is like that only, Make sure you dont have too much things in OnPlauerUpdate, and can you show the code of aduty maybe some problem in that code causing that issue

its giving false alarms now FFS

I have done that, it still kicks the player, and anti car spam cheat also kicks the player.
