As far as i see and acknowledge servers from the day i started samp ( past 5 years - till now ) Roleplay servers eventually End up closed . Except some rare big communities roleplay server end up fall...

Let it stay on 0.3z instead of 0.4a

People love levels . If you want your server to get success fast then , simply put a easy level system with great rewards in items . Hmm like 4 hour to lvl up etc and add an increasing reward system

Don't worry some server facing problem related to connection issue . You are not banned just wait till server owner fix that problem . Check if the server is on same player base for hours

i think the problem is in plugins because all who face this problem have same plugin directory and mysql is recently get updated to its newer version (so check that thing also) .
