usually happens when you teleport way outside the world boundaries, you dont specify a player class on spawn/join or you set the gravity way too high. may be more but thats what i know.

Doesnt sound like a problem with MySql itself but a problem with: A)Bugged custom mapping or B)Something you have in blueberry exceeds the samp limits (too many objects, 3dtextdraws, ect)
