By hosting an server on home connection u need to be ready that some ISP will cut your internet without an warning. Do an portforward, and i warned u.

You cant, cuz SAC was really bugged. and the SAC is fully deleted!

Good luck, u could always try to use HEX editor, to check the right memory adress what the program uses etc. And btw, its only Fake players tools, fill up the server with bots that arent connected
