I think it`s something wrong with you`re hardware. Look in task manager for any procces that eats up alot of memory. Try reinstalling GTA. Update you`re video-card driver . Cheers !

Try adding localhostort or internal-iport to you`re SA-MP client favorites list. The internal IP is the IP from you-re home network. Cheers

If you try to connect to your server through the DNS , but you have the same IP with the server , you will never succed. Check you`re DNS with a Online Server Status Checker. Cheers

I recived the same kind of attack . Imagine how much did someone tryed to guess my rcon , cause my server log was almost 400mb ) rcon 0 on server.cfg and you fix the problem. cheers

Connect to the router, Search for NAT/ Port Mapping . There you can open the port.

Maybe the IP address has changed ?

I had the same problem. I have downloaded GTA San Andreas 1.0 from another torrent and is working just fine.
