Well if you can't reinstall, delete the files which were added along with it and replace the ones which you changed(you only need to download those files).

Not sure about the CPU, would be better to get M series and 4 GB would probably be low for GTA V. GPU is fine tho.

Try disabling the radio from options or get audio folder of v1.0 patch.

Did you get the game from steam ? If yes, get audio files in the DVD version from somewhere else(friends, or it might be in internet itself).

Since you got the same problem in 3 PCs, it might be a problem with your installation file.

Are you using Shadowplay ?(ye ik you didnt mention your gpu)

Use same resolution ingame as that of desktop.
