Getting players on your server can take a while, more so if you do not have anything extremely eye popping.

You are just going to need the .so version of the plugins. Most come with it, if it does not a quick search on the forums and/or a search engine will probably yield a result.

If you have a panel (Most likely you only would if you are renting the server) click the "restart" button after logging into the control panel.

I think it is more gross than smoking cigarettes. I would never hang out with somebody that is actively smoking. I would say "bye" even more so if someone was chewing.
