I read it and was instantly confused.. you didn't explain a damn thing, and as stated above, the wiki explains it perfectly.

Your're using GetPlayerName wrong, it stores the players name in the provided variable. It does not return the players name.

Your crime variable needs to be a string.

Needs to be a direct link, IE .mp3, .pls You're linking it to a web player, which would as it does, nothing.
