How do I create the main, standard-chat local only?
I'm creating an RP-gamemode and would like to know how
to do that :S
I'm searching "OnPlayerText" on RP-gamemodes but I can't see any code that should
make the chat local.

what do you mean? e.g. when player tipes "aaa" players in near area hear "Name_Surname says: aaa"
? did i understand?

Method for 0.3; You'll have to define the "COLOR" for it, and change it a bit.

But how come I can't find any of those codeparts in another Roleplaying script? :S

But wich part of the code limits the area where the player can see it?

Where 15 is, put the distance you'd like..

Don't try something so hard I'm sure you mean. How else would he learn to script?
