I moved my server from 0.2X to 0.3 and when i enter to server and spawn.
i dont see the PickUp's.
its bug or i dont somethink wrong

Recompile your script with 0.3 includes to see them.

pickups also have virtual world added to them use -1 to appear in all worlds.

Not necessary, -1 as virtual world parameter is defined in native by default.
