Grass Lag - CoMet - 28.09.2009

Just like to know if this is fixable?

Definition/Explanation:

When your standing on grass, and someone shoots the grass around you, it brings you a great deal of lag.

I only got it when i re-installed my GTA:SA recently for some weird reason, and i preferred it when i didn't lag...

Any Reason/Explanation to this atrocious problem?

i hate when people say this, they think that other people are as fortunate as them.
on topic - it is somewhat pc related but some of my friends that have high-end pcs` still lag when the ground is shot (mabe R* thought people could handle thoes particle effects ^.^)
