samp-server.exe help - Bob the Builder - 23.09.2009

okay so my guess is that it is a problem with my samp-server.exe because i made a pawno script,

I RAN AND CONFUGURED IT,

it worked, its name s was new.pwn
and it made a new.amx

I went to server.cfg and wrote this in:
echo Executing Server Config...
lanmode 1
rcon_password cupcake
maxplayers 50
port 7777
hostname testserver
gamemode0 new
filterscripts adminspec vactions
announce 1
query 1
weburl none
anticheat 1


then i went and clicked on samp-server.exe and it open a black box that within half a second closes. I then tried to 5run it as an administrator and it tells me


what should i do

also i am not sure what i should put into the samp server list (the thing where you push the orange check mark to add a server), can someone tell me what to put here.

I also did portforward...

do you need any other info? such as where my files are storted and stuff just ask, all i want to do is make a freakin test server but i cant and i think it is because of my samp-server.exe not working

if this is true, can someone tell me where to get a new one?
