Cannot Execute? - LukeGFX - 20.09.2009
Well I just restarted my PC, and I tried pressing the sa-mp icon, it gave me an error something about not able to access it, so i went to my rockstar folder and started it from there, I tried to connect to a server and got "cannot execute", same with MTA, I get an error that I do not have rights or something, never happened before. And I set my self as the owner so I dont think I have security/right issues

Post in a MTA forum, as I see you are trying to run MTA.
