Crash after pressing Shift button to spawn - Apenbarcode - 20.09.2009

After I registered myself, logged in and chose my class, my SA:MP crashed after I pressed the Shift button to spawn. This happens every time on every server for me. How can I fix this?

PS: I've got Windows Vista.
