WorldBoundaries Help - Memoryz - 18.09.2009

I've been trying to set my world boundaries, but I can't get the right coords, can someone please help me out?

This is the area that I want people to stay in, can someone please make the PlayerBound thingy, because I don't know which coords are the right ones to put in.



This is in Bone County, near the abandoned airport.
